10-Week Online Tuition Programme
  1. Course Structure
    • The programme consists of 10 weekly sessions delivered online, each lasting 60 minutes or 90 minutes, depending on the course level.
    • Sessions are scheduled in advance and communicated clearly to all participants.
    • Any changes to the schedule will be shared with at least 48 hours’ notice.
  2. Eligibility and Participation
    • Participants are expected to attend sessions punctually and engage respectfully.
    • Access to a stable internet connection and a quiet learning space is recommended.
  3. Access and Materials
    • All course materials (PDFs, recordings, links) are provided digitally.
    • Materials are for personal use only and may not be redistributed or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
  4. Fees and Payment
    • Full payment is required before the course begins unless otherwise agreed.
    • Payment confirms your enrolment and secures your place.
  5. Refunds and Cancellations
    • Refunds are available according to our Refund Policy (see separate document).
    • Requests must be submitted in writing with at least 48 hours’ notice before the next session.
    • No refunds are issued after Week 5, except under compassionate grounds.
  6. Privacy and Data
    • All personal information shared during registration is kept confidential.
    • Sessions may be recorded for educational purposes, but recordings will not be shared publicly without consent.
  7. Code of Conduct
    • We foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
    • Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
    • We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these principles, without refund.
  8. Intellectual Property
    • All course content is the intellectual property of the facilitator and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
    • Learners retain full rights to their own creative contributions.
  9. Amendments
    • These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time.
    • Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This website and all related services are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. By accessing or using this site, you agree that any disputes arising from or relating to its use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa, and interpreted in accordance with South African law.

CrEd International reserves the right to initiate proceedings in any jurisdiction where it deems appropriate, in order to protect its rights and enforce its policies.
