Refund Policy

10-Week Online Tuition Programme

We’re committed to offering meaningful, accessible learning experiences. If for any reason you need to withdraw, here’s how our refund policy works:

General Guidelines

Each course runs for 10 weeks, with 1 hour of live tuition per week.
Refunds are calculated based on the number of sessions remaining at the time of cancellation.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp) with at least 48 hours’ notice before the next session.

Refund Tiers

Withdrawal Timeframe	Refund Amount
Before the course begins	80 % refund
Week 1-4	50% refund
Week 5 onwards	No refund (course considered committed)

Credit Option

Instead of a refund, you may opt to transfer your remaining sessions to a future course or gift them to a friend. Just let us know!
